This maple and birch shape sorter is a well-crafted version of an all-time favorite learning toy. A combination of unfinished and red, yellow, blue, and green wood, this octagonal shape sorter has multiple cutouts for four different shapes. The eight shape blocks are nicely stained and fit easily into their respective holes. Some holes drop the shapes behind doors that slide up and down for easy retrieval. Other cutouts are only slightly recessed and hold the shapes up for display. One round hole even leads to a ball track that shoots the ball out of the opposite side of the sorter.
