These large blocks "connect" together when you lay the peg into a notch of another block. These blocks are good for building flat on the floor (making mosaic pictures, making a long "road" or just randomly connecting them. The blocks connect together loosely like a puzzle, you can create on a 2D surface, pull the masterpiece along the floor, but you cannot pick it up and move it, the pieces do not lock together that way. These blocks use a different way of thinking than other block sets since they are more for 2D work and use different dexterity challenges. The set includes 25 blocks.
